Rory McIlroy prevailed at the 2025 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, clinching his first PGA Tour win of the season and 27th of his career, with a final score of 21-under 267.

Known for his aggressive driving, McIlroy's strategy paid off as he navigated Pebble Beach with a bogey-free final round of 6-under 66. His decisive moves included a birdie on the 10th and an eagle on the 14th, where his long drives set up scoring opportunities, securing a two-stroke lead over Shane Lowry.

This victory was significant not only for the $3.6 million prize and 700 FedExCup points but also for showing his ability to overcome his prior struggles with the famous Pebble Beach course.

Many Rory fans were buzzing with excitement over McIlroy's performance, suggesting he could be in good form heading into major championship season as he looks to win his first major in over a decade. Next up for Rory is the 2nd Signature event of the season, the Genesis Invitational, where he'll look to keep the momentum going and capture his 2nd win at the event.

LIV Golf has announced Scott O'Neil as its new CEO, succeeding Greg Norman in a strategic shift aimed at enhancing the league's growth and stability.

Alongside this leadership change, LIV Golf has secured a multiyear media rights agreement with Fox Sports, moving from The CW to a platform that promises broader visibility in the U.S. starting with the 2025 season opener.

This deal, coupled with O'Neil's experience in sports management, underscores LIV Golf's ambition to expand its market presence and influence in the world of professional golf. LIV Golf kicks off their 2025 season this week at the Riyadh Golf Club in Saudi Arabia.
